When Eugene started his career as a sales associate, he envisioned one day opening his own store to give driven and determined individuals like him an opportunity to achieve financial success. Eugene was blessed with the chance to realize that dream with the opening of his first Factory Direct store in East Rutherford. Learning by trial and error, he did everything from sweeping the floors to assembling furniture and began building the foundation for what was to become the guiding mission for our company.
Chrinian came to realize that every decision he made had a direct and lasting impact on his company, his customers and his team.
