Ashley licensee picks Long Island town for latest store

LAKE GROVE, N.Y. — Ashley licensee Eugene Chrinian opened a 22,556-square-foot store here at 3230 Middle Country Road on Feb. 2.

Chrinian owns and operates 23 other Ashley stores in the surrounding region. This store, which will have a grand opening on March 3, will employ 15.

Ashley HomeStore Signs Contract to Open in Glendale

Glendale, Queens, NY– January 2017 – Ashley HomeStores of Metro New York and New Jersey has signed an agreement with The Shops at Atlas Park for the newest showroom to open in Glendale, NY. Eugene Chrinian, Ashley HomeStore licensee owner, opened locations in Yonkers and Valley Stream in 2016 and expects to open the Glendale location in the fall of 2017.

The Shops at Atlas Park is an outdoor lifestyle center that currently features more than 370,000 square feet of retail, entertainment and office space. The prestigious center serves the Glendale community in Queens and is anchored by TJ Maxx, HomeGoods, Regal Cinemas, ULTA Beauty, New York Sports Club and boasts over 40 retailer brands and restaurants including California Pizza Kitchen, Chili’s, Gymboree, Starbuck’s and Foot Locker. The Center Green, a 10,000 square foot area, serves as the center’s community gathering destination and the ideal back drop to The Shops at Atlas Park.
